Q. One of the threading studios near my house said they could teach me in just a 3 hour class.  Can I learn in 3 hours? 
A. 3 hours, 5 hours and day courses are introductory courses. You can not perform on the clients with this little training. Those are not professional courses. Imagine learning facials in one day. This is an ancient technique which has 5 different steps.  40 hours of training and instruction is necessary prior to hands on practice. We can only teach one step at a time. Also, trainees need observing hours and practicing hours. I have designed my course as 60 hours. After this course you can perform on the face, lips, chin, side burns, Proper eyebrow shaping takes 3 months of threading practice. The 60 hour course includes Notes, DVD, certification and teaching of 60 logged hours. 

Q. How can I learn online Eyebrow Threading? 
A. You need to practice thread movement with coordinating mouth and hands that will take almost 10 hours each step  of 3 different steps. After that you practice 10 hours on a fabric pillo feels like skin. Then you practice eyebrow drawings of making eyebrows after 60 hours of practice when you start on a client surprisingly you can remove hair. In the beginning you should only practice on the chin, sideburns and lip. If you practice month to 3 months you can make eyebrow shape. You will know one day that you are very comfortable on it.       HOw can you license someone in threding, skin care and cosmetology if your not a school. your insitutuion has to be approved by the commision of independent in florida and the dbpr as well. I saw your web site and you have a very beautiful spa not a school.

      You are right. I do not give license in Skin care or Eyebrow Threading. They transfer from other school and country. Most of the people they did their Skin care in their country. They transfer their license. Some States does not require eyebrow threading license.They require to be certified which i can certify them.
